MEMFlo flow meters simple design provides an accurate meter for just about any liquid, gas or steam application. The MEMFlo meter is a volumetric meter that does not require any straight runs of pipe and is built to last for decades. In use for over 30 years, the MEMFlo meter has now been upgraded with a wide range of electronic options.

MFT™ Two-Wire Flow Transmitter

	The MEMFlo Flow Transmitter (MFT) is a state-of-the-art, microprocessor based two-wire transmitter with 4-20mA/ 0-5Vdc output, digital flow rate and total flow display. It combines our time-proven variable area technology with a high tech processor and solid state circuitry.	Flow Capacities: 1.64 thru 500 GPM liquids, 14.0 thru 5750 SCFM gases. ThruView™ Flow Meters
	Description	Specification
	Our most widely used, general purpose industrial flow meters. Rugged design, many options, quick deliveries. Suitable for water and dirty water, coolants, compressed gases, etc.	Flow Capacities: 0.54 thru 120 GPM liquids, 3.20 thru 1000 SCFM gases. Max. Service Conditions: Varies by model; up to 440 psig @ 70°F.; up to 400°F. at reduced pressure. Connections: 3/4" and 1-1/2" female NPT standard. Flanges optional.
All-Metal™ Flow Meters
	Description	Specification
	Heavy duty industrial flow meters for high pressure, high temperature service, opaque fluids, and harsh environments. Suitable for steam service plus most liquids & gases.	Flow Capacities: 0.80 thru 120 GPM liquids, 10.2 thru 1000 SCFM gases. Max. Service Conditions: Varies by model; up to 1000 psig @ 70°F.; up to 600°F. at reduced pressure. Connections: 3/4" and 1-1/2" female NPT standard. Flanges optional.
PVC & CPVC Flow Meters

	All wetted PVC or CPVC construction for highly corrosive and high purity fluids. Ideal for water treatment, electrogalvanizing & pickling lines, & deionized water.	Flow Capacities: 0.54 thru 500 GPM liquids, 3.20 thru 5750 SCFM gases. Max. Service Conditions: With socket connections, 265 to 300 psig @ 70°F. depending on meter size. At 30 psig 210°F. for CPVC models, 140°F. for PVC units. Connections: 3/4" thru 4" female NPT, socket, or Van Stone style flanges.
P-72™ Coplymer Flowmeters for Caustic & Chlorine

	All wetted P-72 coplymer construction is ideal for caustic & wet chlorine applications. Most models can be supplied with our alarm and MFT electronics, as well as other MEMFlo options & accessories	Flow Capacities: 0.54 thru 500 GPM liquids, 3.20 thru 5750 SCFM gases. Max. Service Conditions: 150 psig @ 70°F. for standard flanged connections. Higher pressures possible for other, custom connections. At 30 psig 210°F. Connections: 3/4" thru 4" flange connections std. T-Flo™ Flow Meters

	Same basic capabilities as ThruView & All-Metal flow meters in larger flows & pipe sizes. Available in brass, steel, or T-316 stainless steel with polysulfone or metal sight tubes.	Flow Capacities: 70 thru 500 GPM liquids, 750 thru 5750 SCFM gases. Max. Service Conditions: All metal versions, 500 psig in steel or stainless, 300 psig brass. At 500 psig, 500° for steel or stainless meters. Brass models rated to 350° at 150 psig. Connections: 2" thru 4" female NPT or 150# flanged connections (higher rated flanges optional).
RangeMaster™ Flow Meters

	Designed specifically for low pressure, low density gas measurement. Steel or stainless construction. Average Pressure Drop is 2-1/2" water column. Accurate measurement of combustion fluids on burners, annealing atmospheres, vacuum flows, & methane from land fills & digesters.	Flow Capacities: 20 thru 30,000 SCFH standard. Max. Service Conditions: All standard models rated to 150 psig. Higher ratings can be provided. To 300°F. for polysulfone tube models, to 600°F. for stainless models. Connections: 3/4", 2", 3", & 4" female NPT standard. Flanged connections optional.
H-Flo™ Flow Meters for High Pressures

SteamFlo™ Meters

	These heavy duty industrial flow meters are specifically designed for steam service, including saturated steam. They include special modifications for high temperatures and the harsh conditions steam metering entail.
