These unique all-PVC or all-CPVC flow meters are resistant to many acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and other corrosives. Unlike tapered tube rotameters, MEMFlo PVC and CPVC Flowmeters have a sharp-edged float indicator disk that is always within a few thousandths of an inch of the cylindrical sight tube wall. Because of this near proximity, the edge of the disk remains visible regardless of flow rate even in many dirty fluids.

The indicator disk should be visible in most thinner oils and light colored liquids. Visibility in black, viscous liquids is unlikely, and the magnetic indication option should be ordered for these cases.
