ThruView™ Industrial Flow Meters for 0.54 thru 120 GPM liquids, 3.20 thru 1000 SCFM gases

Unique Features

  • Tough, simple & accurate meters for water, oils, coolants, compressed gases, lubricants, & other general industrial applications.
  • Extended flow ranges averaging 25 to 1.
  • Disassembles in less than a minute without removing the meter from the pipeline.
  • The knife-edged flow indicator eliminates parallax & is visible in most dirty fluids.
  • Brass or T-316 stainless bodies & internals, with polysulfone, glass, or PVC sight tube options.
  • Standard 3/4 and 1-1/2 female NPT connections or optional flanges. Pipe adapters may be used for other sizes without affecting accuracy.
  • 360° rotation of scale on plastic sight tube models. Special scales for other units or fluids & multiple scaling offered.
  • Options include alarms, pressure gage on meter, oxygen cleaning, & panel mounts.
  • Economically priced, with standard deliveries of 1-2 weeks, & 24-48 hour express service offered for most models.

Description

These rate-of-flow meters come in brass or T-316 stainless steel for body and internals; Polysulfone, PVC, or glass for meter sight tube. Stainless internals, which tend to be more abrasion resistant, can be supplied in brass bodies for liquids that contain abrasive particles. Unlike tapered tube rotameters, ThruView Flowmeters have a sharp-edged float indicator disk that is always within a few thousandths of an inch of the cylindrical sight tube wall. Because of this near proximity, the edge of the disk remains visible regardless of flow rate even in many dirty fluids.

The indicator disk is visible in most thinner oils and light colored liquids. Visibility in black, viscous liquids is unlikely. MEMFlo All-Metal Flowmeters can be used for these liquids.
