Offered in general purpose and hazardous proof configurations, this compact flow switch is a great choice for monitoring a diverse range of liquid applications. SwitchGuard will monitor flow and temperature to protect equipment and process from high temperatures and no-flow conditions. SwitchGuard has NO moving parts and is a reliable alternative to failure prone mechanical flow switches. The short sensor is intended for use in pipe sizes 1/2" to 1½" in diameter and the long sensor is recommended for pipe sizes 2" and up.

This general purpose liquid switch package provides a complete solution for low flow pump or process protection with a 16A compact relay controller. The optional strobe light brings immediate attention to low flow conditions. The short sensor is intended for use in pipe sizes 1/2" to 1½" in diameter and the long sensor is recommended for pipe sizes 2" and up. The products is broadly selected for low or no-flow applications.

Offered in both short and long sensor lengths, this innovative flow switch is a great choice for monitoring a variety of liquid applications. FloGuard sets your present flow-rate at 100% at power up. Relative flow rate is indicated by the 7 LED lights. When the flow rate drops to 50% an alarm goes off. If you prefer, you can adjust the alarm point to fit your needs. A green output indicating LED is also included. The short sensor is indicated for use in pipe sizes ranging from 1/2" to 1½" in diameter and the long sensor is recommended for pipe sizes 2" and up.
